Pros

Amazing perks, great people, like really great perks. They talk a lot about caring about their employees, but they also built us a gym soooo....

Cons

Relatively small departments so harder to move up... But they are expanding so we will see.

Pros

Gymshark offers a great culture that's super inclusive and driven to help you succeed. I found the welcome week very informative and set's you up to know 'what's what' from everything to tech to grabbing a bite to eat. The majority of people I have come across, even just a simple passing 'hello', are friendly and approachable. Good work/life balance and perks that are really useful. Management seems to genuinely care about the happiness and wellbeing of their staff.

Cons

The office is quite large and can get busy. Many people have been working there for a while, so naturally, friendship groups have formed. You need to get involved to ensure you build rapport with colleagues; I fear a wallflower may be swallowed up. It's a fast-paced environment, and they do appear to have an ethos of working out as much as you can yourself, (such as tech, systems, events & historic processes). While this can be daunting, I found it the best way to learn, eventually!

Great feedback and advice for onboarding. We're currently reviewing how best to help our People land in the business as we scale so this is timely - thank you!
