Pros

The staff that worked there (aka other team members).

Cons

Where do I START!!! The pay was below average they paid 11.95 on REGENT STREET? Shocking. There was an imbalance between different members of the team getting different pays (e.g. visual merch team got 13.95 for designing a couple of layouts and steaming some clothes? Please). Management is poor, new managers joining the team are “warned” of the team which I think is so twisted considering the team were sold DREAMS during onboarding and promised development during their first year of service. Members of the team are chosen to go and represent the brand at events but they only pick white people to go? It makes 0 sense and the same people go every time and deserving team members don’t get opportunity. One manager said that the team “get away with murder” which is a LIBERTY considered we get talked to like we’re nothing and looked down on. One of the managers came in hungover as hell and was sat down doing no work all day - this manager has also come in HIGH ON COKE before… YES YOU ARE READING CORRECTLY JAW SWINGING AND ALL! The rest of the “managers” are mid and most of them barely do any work and are just enjoying their power trip. Store has lost 2 deputy’s already because of issues amongst the team and them being unable to handle the workload? They have this ethos of ‘family’ yeah they couldn’t spell family if they tried. They force you to do overnights and DONT PAY EXTRA? Unsociable hours and no extra money LOOL okay? High staff turnaround and their “HR”? Yeah non existent, it’s literally one person who does everything and doesn’t have time to be in the store to actually support the team? They say be friends with your team lead and talk to them but they’re all cows who act concerned about it and then go and talk bad about you to other managers who tell other people in the store and it then come backs to you. No trust or privacy in the store. Anyways rant over don’t work here guys it’s never worth the money

Pros

Amazing location and offices. £5 free lunch allowance. Somewhat flexible working hours (was better in the past).

Cons

Picture an upside down pyramid, this is how the management structure is. Imagine taking a simple problem and throwing millions and countless over hires at it, thats what they do best. Too many 'yes people' who are hiding the fact that 75% or more of engineering is not required.
