Pros

Amazing location and offices. £5 free lunch allowance. Somewhat flexible working hours (was better in the past).

Cons

Picture an upside down pyramid, this is how the management structure is. Imagine taking a simple problem and throwing millions and countless over hires at it, thats what they do best. Too many 'yes people' who are hiding the fact that 75% or more of engineering is not required.

- Really positive company culture, everyone you meet is always so willing to have a genuine conversation as well as getting the work that needs to be done. - Feels like a great transition from University into the Workplace, especially with the layout of the office, it offers so many different spaces to either have a chat, or a meeting in - Sooooooo many perks and benefits!!!! really does make a difference being able to have access to an incredible gym and classes onsite, as well as subsidised lunches everyday, private healthcare and sooo much more!

Cons

- Location of the offices if you were someone who doesn't drive, however there is shuttle buses from the train station nearby and also the flexibility to work from home also does help
