Gymshark does not have a strong leadership team with a concrete plan. This reflects throughout all levels with constantly changing plans and lack of communication. Majority of leadership is either friends or family and don’t necessarily have the experience or knowledge to be in the roles they are in. A lot of decisions are made from gut feeling over data. On top of this they have done multiple rounds of layoffs and closing offices due to poor planning.

Thank you for sharing your comments. Our hybrid working model requires a minimum of 3-days in the office typically. But depending on your role and the demands of the business it is accepted that some teams need to be flexible from time to time. But as you say, the office is has a great vibe and is a place to learn from colleagues - which is particularly exciting with the expansion of retail and events in North America!
