We appreciate there have been changes within the business recently, but something we always have been and always will be passionate about is the culture our employees experience. The roll-out of our new business plan has ensured the direction for Gymshark is clear across all departments and our Performance Culture Roadshow has already started to have a positive impact on both the business, and our employees. We aim to continue supporting our employees with their personal and professional goals moving forward!
