- Incredible leadership - Unrivalled culture - Perks such as: Gym membership, Bonus, Perk Box, Financial support, Business coaching, On site restaurant (insane food!) - Flexibility to work from home - Personalised equipment setup - HQ office is amazing - The best work/life balance I have ever had in 10+ years of being a designer - Psychical & mental health is a massive priority

Cons

- The only con is that I have put on too much weight because of the awesome food in Re:Fuel

- Great working environment (office is incredible) - Very friendly colleagues; the collaborative culture and atmosphere is amazing. - Chiefs and directors actually have the time of day for you - Those above you value your opinion whether you’ve been there for 7 days or 7 years - Amazing facilities - Refuel provide the best food from chicken and sweet potato to street food 🤤 also having a gym down the road is incredible, how could you not want to look after yourself and get fit with access to the best gym? I feel inspired everyday by the amazingly talented people around me and actually look forward going into work every week
