      Private BUPA/ Medicash healthcare, £5 daily allowance for Refuel canteen, flexible in office/WFH, employee health and happiness focus, loads of discounts through PerkBox, Joe & The Juice 30% discount, access to Lifting Club, 50% staff discount on Gymshark products, free monthly sports massage, access to own on site barber and beauty therapist.

      Cons

      There are absolutely none, brilliant company- love my job :)

      Pros

      Heads of department and below are good people, but exist in an organisation which cannot communicate with itself and is grossly misled. If only Steve Hewitt hadn't of left us - things were so positive then. There's an unhealthy sense of arrogance and entitlement amongst the directors and chiefs which makes us worry about the future of the business. Everyone is worried about ibo security because there have been repeated restructures sometimes with no warning. Could be a great place to work if it was led better.

      Poor leadership Substandard pay which they claim is higher by including benefits with made up values
