      - Generous company benefits - Positive team - Fun environment to work in with in-store activations/challenges - Regent St - easy to access

      Cons

      - Communication can be poor, lots of last-minute/unexpected changes - Individual support for team members feels minimal and ingenuine - Lack of internal communication creates distrust between team members and team leaders - Shift times are inconsistent and are uploaded with just two (sometimes one) week's notice, making it difficult to plan around - Internal progression opportunities are VERY difficult to come by and there are no proper plans in place to support those who wish to progress

      Nice perks, Free gym, Nice office, Made some good friendships

      I was excited when I first joined gymshark, but very quickly I learnt that it lacked of organisation. I received little to no help when I first joined and was left alone with tasks. I always felt unseen, I could even not work for a day and nobody would have noticed. Pay rise was awful, I barely got any bonus, no clear career path. My team was full of pessimistic people, always talking behind others back and always thought that they better than others.
