      Pros

      - Free gym membership - Free £5 lunch voucher

      Cons

      - Under paid - No pay rises & don't invest in current staff - Invest more in buildings that are empty than actual employees - Leadership don't know how to align on strategy and priorities creating toxic and frustration amongst, and between teams - Make it seem amazing on Linked In etc, but it's not what it seems - Constant false promises in terms of promotions and timelines - Company values don't match actions from CEO and leadership

      I’m really sorry that you felt the opportunity and support for you to develop in the business wasn’t there, we offer a plethora of tools and expertise to enable this to happen. I can see that you were with us for some time so it’s a shame that you didn’t have access to this across your tenure.       Looks shiny from the outside but not worth it

      Pros

      Majority of people that work there (non managers) are great and they really help you stick around at the company probably longer than you would otherwise. Nice staff gym

      Cons

      Management lack experience Constant dangling carrot of progression but it never happens. Don’t expect payrises Way underpay compared to industry standard but try make it seem acceptable by shouting about the fancy offices and that you get the free gym. Sadly neither of those pay your rent.

      Pros

      It’s Growing business, with a youthful approach to the industry.

      Cons

      It’s really Disorganised, lots of departments bumping heads with the wrong people making decisions. It’s frustrating, many lines of communication bypass key stakeholders and decisions end up being made without key information in place.
