Management does not accept any new idea Politic on how you treat the manager but not your ability to work. No restructure for career growth

Poor company to work for

None to note, other than making a few good friends from colleague

Cons

Such a poor company, no work life balance and not good enough pay to justify it. Watching staff members continually burn out and doing nothing to rectify
