      they give you a bit of flexibility when it come to everyday tasks

      disorganized, unprofessional, the only time I saw upper management visiting was when they shut down the plant

      Pros

      Good pay, benefits. Lots of hours of complete pandamonium.

      Cons

      Individual work load is insane, computer system for data entry is cryptic and full of problems often forcing the evening crews to stay many hours past end of shift to ensure data is entered correctly. Good ol boys code amongst the old timers.

      They have rest rooms They have benefits

      Cons

      They preach safety and then silence those whom work ethically to promote it. They preach collaboration but provide no bridge between managment and employee The plants are under equipped with personnel especially North America Politics rule... not logic or right and wrong
