      Decent pay and it's a union job.

      The union is not very strong. But good enough that it's worth the job.

      Good pay. Anything over 48hrs overtime is double pay. Management is okay on most shifts 7 concurrent days off every month

      Cons

      Maintenance doesn't like working. Constant flow of temps that have to get trained with no trainer pay.
