Interesting industry. Work load is heavy so if you are in a mid range tactical position you gain a lot of SAP & organizational skills out of necessity.

Cons

Company leadership values status over substance which lends itself to external applicants being favored over internal applicants even when proven and qualified. Mobility limited/slows once in the company.
