Good collegial approach between most employees.

Cons

Unless you are a part of the clique, nowhere to grow for you. No transparency, “leadership” team only busy re-forwarding CPO’s E-Mails. No one has a voice to ever disagree. You will be promised a lot, work like a slave but at the end of the year someone else gets promoted. Only cause this person is personally liked by CPO.
