      Pros

      Great infrastructure, Employer sponsored training, Excellent Benefits, Flexible Schedules,

      Cons

      Poor Manager-Employee Relations, Store morale is up one minute and crashes the next. No matter how great a company's infrastructure is, it's important that the people implementing it know how and what to do with their employees. Who cares about employer sponsored training if a) the employees never know about it and b) managers don't focus on the improvement of their employees.

      Pros

      The Co-Workers are great, good hours, and you get a paid 15 minute break every two hours, but have an unpaid 30 minute break after 6 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, problems with schedule changes, and requesting days off, there's a lot of complaining amongst the front end employees
