      Pros

      Every department is focused on their responsibilities and teamwork is embraced within every department. Meetings are effective and informative. Their are great career opportunities and chances to learn more.

      Cons

      I can't complain. I started a new job due to a great opportunity I had in another company.

      Pros

      They are super flexible with your hours, friendly partners, great pay, fun environment. HEB is very involved with the community and they are always holding fundraisers, runs, and even things like a softball tournament with your fellow partners. The staff is wonderful, you get 10% discount on name brand items.

      Cons

      Sometimes the usual rude customers, and management but those are to be expected! Nothing other then that though.
