Pros
As a Customer Service Assistant (CSA), the salary was above the minimum hourly wage. In addition, the Service Manager was flexible. If you gave them advanced notice, then they would work with you to resolve scheduling conflicts, etc
Cons
The working environment (for the store I was at) was good; however a negative secret shopper report reflected a stricter "micro-managed" working environment.
