Discount on groceries for partners.

Cons

The promotion ladder is filled with politics, and working hard is not simply enough. You can excel in people skills and in expected numbers and still no be promoted for years. The increase in pay year after year is way too little for the insane work hours expected. They claim to offer work life balance, but if you take off weekends as a manager you are ridiculed and snarled it.

Flexible, easy job to learn, small discount on their products, develop friendships with coworkers, 401k plan after a period of time that's about it.

Cons

Their slogan, because people matter is a complete joke. They took down the protective shields prematurely in service when covid still exists and is still actively going around. They have a terrible covid policy. They treat covid like any other illness. They don't care about their partners' well-being and they also don't care about their customers. It's profit over people. I caught covid from a customer. I was sick with covid and they told me to either work with it or if I felt sick and wanted to leave early they threatened me with an occurrence. Disgusting.
