-Great onboarding experience with well detailed explanation on the structure of company and your role. -Proper training and meeting to understand that what are the expectations. -Proper arrangement and availability of self continuing education support. -Everyone meet and make you feel welcome & comfortable which is very important when join the company. -Regular check up if you facing issue, everyone from team is always ready to help and guide you. -Great company with awesome work-culture and values.

I would say there is none so far. I am very happy to be a part of great company culture.

*They have been very accommodating since my hire date. *HR was on the spot making sure my transition to the company went smoothly and followed up with me to make sure all my benefits were in process. *All of my managers and co-workers have been very helpful preparing me for my new duties and the training has been hands on and at a reasonable pace to allow me to make mistakes and learn from them.

Cons

Not being able to meet people face to face yet is hard, but part of the new way of doing things the past year.
