Pros
*They have been very accommodating since my hire date. *HR was on the spot making sure my transition to the company went smoothly and followed up with me to make sure all my benefits were in process. *All of my managers and co-workers have been very helpful preparing me for my new duties and the training has been hands on and at a reasonable pace to allow me to make mistakes and learn from them.
Cons
Not being able to meet people face to face yet is hard, but part of the new way of doing things the past year.
