Great privately owned/family run business with a great future ahead and vision. Company spends alot of time and effort to train and develop young professionals
Cons
Unfortunately, the company looks to not have to pay their employees like the rest of the industry. They do not seem to value the talent they have throughout the company. They spend a great deal of time and money to train and develop, only to lose them down the road after not being willing to pay them what they are worth.
IT working quite literally in the basement - non customer facing but still required to wear business professional attire. As a service desk analyst, it wasn't too fun crawling on the dusty ground to fix work stations in business professional attire.
