      Gain significant work experience. Work very well with my peers.

      Cons

      Managers, Directors and especially Vice Presidents manage by bullying. It's the most unprofessional work environment I have ever been exposed to. Employees are not treated as professionals - there is a "do what I say" culture complete with offensive language. Employees fear speaking up as there is a high possibility of reprisal.
