      Pros

      You can expect to learn a lot about personal income taxes through in-class training and on-the-job training. The people who work for this company are doing it because they enjoy it, so they are all very amicable. You also get to file your own and a few family members or friends' taxes for free!

      Cons

      Don't expect to make much money. For a company that charges this much, it seems quite unreasonable to pay employees this little.

      The job is seasonal and often unemployment is available during the off season. You meet a lot of interesting people, information is readily available, the training and development programs are good ,

      Cons

      The pay is not great for the amount of hours put in.

      Casual work environment Free tax prep Good benefits if one of the lucky few "permanent" employees

      Cons

      Many positions are seasonal only, even at World headquarters No benefits for seasonal employees Seasonal employees are not eligible for most company activities/benefits even though they do the same jobs as permanent employees and come back year after year
