      Pros

      You get to learn a lot about tax! Their individual tax course is excellent. Flexible hours. A lot of people have a normal 9-5 and then work at HRB nights and weekends. Good money can be made if you are willing to put in the hours and crank out A LOT of returns.

      Cons

      The first year, you only get paid minimum wage, hourly. No bonuses and little opportunity for overtime. They make you call former clients 2 or 3 times, which can make them angry.
