      Pros

      Pay is dependent on how hard you want to work. Excellent resources available.

      Cons

      Company is more concerned with selling bogus products (Tax Identity Shield) than preparing good tax returns. Prices are way too high causing client dissension.

      Pros

      Coworkers are fantastic, hours are yours to select.

      Cons

      Jumping though corporate hoops is demeaning. I've worked with 3 DMs, two were top notch, the last DGM belittled her staff and honestly treated employees poorly. She transferred to a southern district I hope she learns how to be decent to her new employees.
