This is my first time working as a contractor and I didn't know what to expect. H10 is very professional and timely. They sent me on an interview and I was employed within a week, everything was handled super fast. I had just moved to Seattle and getting employment at a huge company so quickly was great. H10 has a quarterly lunch which all of the. contractors are invited to. There are raffles and giveaways, it's a good time to check in with your recruiter and meet other contractors
Cons
This is just what comes with working as a contractor but there is no paid time off. So any vacation, sick time, or personal days are all unpaid, that includes national holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving.So you have to budget accordingly.
