      Not a bad consulting agency

      Pros

      You get to start and ramp up right away at big companies such as Microsoft, Meta, Amazon, etc. Overall experience working with H10 Capital was pretty good. I think the quality of agency service varies depending on your agent.

      Cons

      You only get 10 day PTO, which is a big step down if you are used to having 4-5wks of PTO.
