If you are a committed employee and a good worker, they will be committed to you and help you do what you need to succeed and develop your career path

Cons

Sometimes management is too nice when they should take a harsher stance, but in the least I can say that they have learned from these areas as they have arisen.

As the company has grown, and we are doing more work in more office locations, I feel as though the quality and efficiency has suffered.

At our “All Hands” meeting earlier this year, Rich [our CEO] spoke about H2M’s approach to improve quality and efficiency throughout all of our locations and with all of our new employees.
