As the company has grown, and we are doing more work in more office locations, I feel as though the quality and efficiency has suffered.

At our “All Hands” meeting earlier this year, Rich [our CEO] spoke about H2M’s approach to improve quality and efficiency throughout all of our locations and with all of our new employees. We are currently working to provide a quality and standards “center of excellence” to streamline our processes.
