The company is diverse in disciplines and is capitalizing on growth initiatives in many markets. It seems to me that employees whom are willing to take initiative, and demonstrate desire and commitment will be rewarded with opportunity.

Cons

With a company of this size that is constantly growing, it is difficult to recruit staff.

That being said, finding the right people to fit our culture is sometimes challenging. We are looking for new innovative ways to attract staff members. Pros

I love this company...I have been given opportunities to move up at H2M and my career growth and training has been excellent. I can see that recent growth has provided lots of opportunity across the board and all levels of the firm. Management's door is always open and feedback welcomed. The CEO is great!! Easy to talk to and very open. H2M is active in the community and we are encouraged to participate in meaningful events to support social responsibility. The 401k Plan is great. H2M contributes 6% and has great employee education programs to support it's overall benefits plans which are excellent for a private employer. I received my Master Degree while working full time and H2M paid a significant portion of my tuition.

Cons

There are so many hires in the last few years that it's hard to get to know everyone, but the company has events to encourage and foster relationships.

Thank you for the review! Over the last few years, our employment and office locations have heavily increased. Despite this growth, we do try our best to keep a small company feel. We have added a Young Professional Committee to give our new staff the chance to network across business lines and offices. Rich’s new employee lunches allow some of the more senior staff and the new employees a chance to get to know each other and foster relationships. But we recognize that this is a work in progress. We have offered several management sessions in 2017, and in 2018 we will be conducting a pilot leadership program. We appreciate your review, and will continue to seek out feedback in regards to developing our emerging leaders.

Great work environment. Its truly refreshing to work for a company that cares about its employees, and cares about the community. Have only been here a short time, but could not be happier.

Cons

The free coffee in the lunch room, its too addicting.
