You will get experience, a lot in what not to do.

Cons

Management is not honest. As long as a job gets by inspection and the customers don’t complain it must be good! Inspector shopping is the norm, mechanic know who will stamp and who will ask questions. Policies continually change many with little warning.

Mostly good floor people just trying to make a living.

Cons

3 Directors of Maintenance, do I have to say anymore. They give management positions out like candy. Put on a big show before FAA or auditors get here. Don't share anything about what's going on with company. Everyday you wonder when they are going to lay off next.

Good mechanics work there but are overstressed and under appreciated...good place to learn but move on as soon as you get some experience

Cons

Management is horrendous...most have no business being in control and belong back in their tool box if not cleaning the toliets...they run good mechanics in the ground and when the good ones quit they just replace them with a newbie and the vicious cycle continues
