Pros

Employees are treated like human beings, which is refreshing compared to other aerospace companies. The parent company, Swire, is investing heavily to expand the business with new facilities in Greensboro and High Point.

Cons

The company can be its own worst enemy when it comes to customer satisfaction. When a customer is promised something, and doesn't get it, it feels quite demoralizing. The time to fix this is now and it is great to see new leadership focused on this.
