Benefits are terrible. Management is awful. Facilities are garbage. Tooling is garbage. Work is not steady.

Pay was decent for fresh out of aviation school. It would probably be low for more experienced mechanics.

Cons

Very fast paced and busy. Planes have to be turned around quickly so they can be sent back to the airlines so the plane is making money.

Need to give better pay, management, attitude towards employees, more help with things that you don't understand on jobs that you haven't performed and so many other things that I want mention
