NO mandated overtime. Company has respect for the work/life balance of the employee.

Cons

Lake City has little culture and NO nightlife. For those who enjoy quiet country living, it's great, but someone who enjoys cosmopolitan excitement will have to drive an hour or two to find it.

Pros

Pros. Haeco actually offers pay that is very competitive with other MROs and regional airline. There is good overtime opportunities and it is great experience. Good location in Greensboro, very affordable housing in High Point. Good leadership.

Cons

One big con is that there is a lot of lazy lazy workers here. Management doesnt really seem to mind either but that is not really a good or bad thing.
