Pros

Great Company lots of opportunity to grow in different aspects of aviation. Definitely great travel opportunities for experienced technicians. Good for getting your foot in the door with Aviation.

Cons

Very hard on corporate policies and what not. Favoritism definitely plays a big part here, but if you know how to do as your told and keep your head down usually not hard moving up the ladder.
