Thank you for recommending HAECO to other qualified candidates! We are proud to offer team members valuable experience working a variety of aircraft in our seven hangars. We understand the challenge of mitigating the Florida heat during peak months. Currently we use multiple large fans in our hangars, which have been positioned for optimal air flow to mitigate the heat. As part of our hangar upgrade plan, we are evaluating additional ventilation systems and opportunities for additional insulation in climate-controlled areas.

We’re disappointed this was your experience while working for HAECO. Safety and Quality remains our top priority and leading core value. The revocation and / or suspension of licenses fall squarely on the FAA associated to failures by the mechanic.

We have made major strides in 2024: substantially increasing our 2nd and 3rd shift pay, adding additional benefit offerings for our employees and increasing our safety shoe program, with a stipend for new hires to purchase shoes. We continue to offer a no-cost employee only health insurance option. Your feedback is valuable as we strive for continuous improvement.
