      Pros

      Work Life Balance, Culture, Pay, People, and Benefits are the top pros for me. There are also a lot of opportunities for advancement within the company.

      Cons

      There is really nothing negative that I can say about the company. I have been with this company for 15 years and love the changes that have come about over the years.

      Fast paced, good experience with a global company.

      Cons

      Management has a bad habit of hiring friends from their previous stops and give each other promotions. The only people that get promotions or raises are upper management. Layoffs occur at least once per year.
