      Giant hangar, weekly pay, decent benefits including a 401k, med, ect. Friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      You'll be underpaid if you actually hold an A&P certificate (paid the same as a non certificated mech at all levels). Poor communication/planning skills. High turnover.
