      Stable job you won't have to worry about being able to work, and plenty of overtime is available.

      Pay was decent for fresh out of aviation school. It would probably be low for more experienced mechanics.

      Cons

      Very fast paced and busy. Planes have to be turned around quickly so they can be sent back to the airlines so the plane is making money.
