You will get experience, a lot in what not to do.

Cons

Management is not honest. As long as a job gets by inspection and the customers don’t complain it must be good! Inspector shopping is the norm, mechanic know who will stamp and who will ask questions. Policies continually change many with little warning.

Great learning potential Good exposure to the industry

Cons

Management is beyond depressing. It is a negative reinforcement environment. Your personal treatment appears to be based on your country of origin. The management prefers YES employees instead of constructive criticism to better the end result. Forced to purchase some of your own office supplies. Very low market pay considering the location. Zero transparency from manager.
