High stress work environment

Pros

The good- working with the kids was a great experience and they provide you with training before you start working with them.

Cons

The bad- they overwork their staff, underpay them, and they make sure they work just under 40 hours per week so they can't receive the benefits of working full time.

The trash company. Lures new grad by offering sponsorship, its a trap !

Pros

Paid $ 50 per 30 min treatment session. No other pros.

Cons

Consider before reading my reviews that I was a sponsored employee. They wanted me to see 55 patients in week under $80,000 annual. No CEU/CCU benefit, no PTO , NO Sick days off, Zero transparency, paper based anciet style billing , never offerd chance to do evaluations, no reimbursement on travel or commute , no insurance provided. Management spineless / ruthless and do not have basic etiquette's of communication. Thank God I got my EAD . Been through hell with them. Now you can decide.

Pros

Caring, compassionate co-workers that care about the well-being of the population which they serve.

Cons

Management unprofessional and unrealistic of expectations, does not maintain a safe work environment, hires employees stating certain responsibilities then changes them once employed, often gives employees two jobs and pays them only for one.
