Family-owned company culture - solid benefits, fair work/life balance, and great PTO Growth opportunities - the company is growing which can lead to new opportunities to staff Open door policy - the company is open to hearing new ideas that help create efficiencies or make it a better place to work than it was yesterday

Cons

Growing pains - rapid growth naturally results in necessary realignments, a struggle to delegate, and blurred communication channels Nothing that isn't prevalent at other companies

The company offers good products. There’s good intentions from some talented, dedicated & friendly individuals. They hired more customer support people recently

Cons

Management only gives a small group of individuals the chance to move up. All decisions are made from the top. Turnover is high which speaks for itself. Difficult to fit the mentality and to accept the politics or covered up events. Real issues are not addressed despite constant day-long meetings

Cons

Cold, unfriendly and superiority complex plagues this place. Cliques like in high school rule here. They will get rid of you if you are not someone if the clique does not approve of you. No communication at all. Very chaotic
