      Pros

      Salary and benefits are good. The PTO is very good. It is a very friendly place to work. Team mates are willing to share knowledge and make you a better co-worker. In-house training is always available. There are webinars to assist sales and inside folks to develop an awareness of new products and services available to customers. Our customer base is comprised super wonderful people to interface with.

      Cons

      Workloads are challenging at times. Limited advancement opportunities.

      Pros

      Some of the employees are amazing… unfortunately they can’t really keep smart, motivated people long

      Cons

      Their “CEO” in US is a huge contributor to their poor retention in US. All the “positive” feedback in a short amount of time is caused by him pushing the team to submit them so the “truthful” reviews get buried and minimized. Lots and lots of money wasted on leadership training when the person needing the training the most thinks it’s relevant to all but himself. But hey, you want a drama filled professional life? This is the company to join!

      Pros

      HARTING has a good team of hard working people. HR has several fun events year round to show how much they appreciation for their employees and all their hard work. Coworkers are like family. Managements concern to protect the health and safety the employees during the pandemic was and is phenomenal. They have been extremely flexible to family needs.

      Cons

      There are definitely some growing pains. But growth is needed not only for the company but for all employees to continue to have success.
