Very nice and friendly co-workers, care about patients.

Cons

Clueless senior management, no staff, sucky pay, benefits are terrible, new ceo is a used car salesman, my manager is a moron, some of the surgeons just care about their wallets instead of patients

Not many to scrape up

Cons

No real opportunities of advancement. Pay is extremely low for the area. Staffing is terrible. Charge nurses attitudes always suck. Very miserable here. I wouldn’t even send me dog to get treated here as the nurse patient ratios/ Acuity are rarely looked at... it’s is all together an unsafe and unhappy experience.
