your co-workers are nice but they all hate their jobs too

Cons

The definition of being micromanaged by people who don't treat patients. I had a supervisor change my therapy goals and print my evaluations and write on them in red ink like I was back in graduate school. You may be sold on opportunities for "clinical advancement" but I was declined opportunities every time I expressed interest. They play favorites and equality is not valued in this company. I would never recommend working here.

immediate boss would not let me take off for an immediate family member’s funeral but let others call off when proven they were not calling off for a serious reason, reached out to administration on several issues including racist coworkers, threats, nothing was done. over and over again i tried resolving the issues and i was ignored
