Cons
DO NOT WORK HERE! They will offer a giant sign-on bonus to trap new grads into a two-year contract and then treat them horribly. They are thrown into very difficult assignments, have limited recourses, and are ignored by upper management. They'll say they're supporting you when really they're just pushing you past your breaking point because they need the body. They don't care about your license. Travel nurses consistently say this is the worst, most unsafe hospital they have ever worked in. They make it impossible to get a raise without joining multiple committees and contributing to both your unit and the hospital as a whole NEW GRADS DO NOT GET TRAPPED INTO WORKING HERE!
