Constantly short staffed. Poor wages considering the cost of living in the area. Growth within the company is difficult. Management and administration is nothing but a bunch of manipulative individuals. Unit management won't go out of their way to pick up a shift or two when the floor is drowning. Won't answer their phones at night or respond to messages until they show their face the next morning...that's if they show up before night shift leaves. They're about embracing diversity and promoting lifestyle balance, yet neglect to do so for their employees.

Shifts coincide with traffic. Lower pay then average. Disorganized, ineffective departmental manager. Allowed staff to interview candidate, all staff gave a 'do not hire'. Person was hired anyway. Because of lack of skill they can not work in certain departments because they are not skills competent. Another hire is super. brings maturity, critical thinking skills and solid competency. Was jerked around for 3 weeks with out pay because of sloppy hiring and manager went on vacation. Manager scheduled for weekend work when they were promised 1 a month. Finally get a great worker and they are ready to leave within 6 months.
