Great exposure but poor work-life balance and stability

Working at HCA means that youre supporting a very large and complex organization. You get exposure to many different departments. With that you get the opportunity to explore or move to other areas very easily if youre willing to learn.
Cons
Work-life balance is extremely limited In my experience, work-life balance is effectively nonexistent. The workload and operational demands often extend beyond standard working hours, and the environment tends to be reactive rather than balanced or sustainable. There is a noticeable sense of instability and uncertainty within the organization. A contributing factor is the ongoing reliance on offshore resources (including HCA India), which has impacted confidence in long-term role stability for onshore teams.
