      Pros

      Location was not far from home.

      Cons

      Really no management. No one to address H.R. questions and problems. The Government people we worked with were so incompetent, that they could't even run their own program, and would blame everything on us. Benefits were very expensive and coverage was terrible. Off location boss making decisions without knowing the facility, operation, and employees.

      Good working hours. Easy work Good employees to work with

      Not enough trucks for all drivers employed, substantial pay, no benefits, poor drivers area, high turnover rate.

      Army Logistics Analyst

      Pros

      Management is knowledgeable and fair. Challenging work but rewarding helping the Army and the soldiers. Pay is always on time and correct. Decent benefits and you do have a choice.

      Cons

      Typical Government contract work so mobility and pay are fixed to the contract. Not the company's fault just how the Government sets up the contract and requirements.
