      Pros

      Met some great people. You learn a lot, but the benefits aren't worth it after a while.

      Cons

      Low salary. Bad benefits. President/CEO and upper management does not care for employees and created hostile work environment that was never fixed. Employees being yelled and cursed at by upper management became normal. President/CEO's sexual harassment issues. Work/Life balance is non-existent.

      Pros

      Great local staff to work with. Flexible with your schedule and are understanding of personal issues (kids, home, military, etc)

      Cons

      BENEFITS ARE HORRIBLE! I'd rather not have insurance or medical! They skimp out on everything. Not helpful when it comes to special needs children and what the best coverage would be (inprocessing), unless you're contract is in VA. HR POC's change as often as I change clothes. Rock bottom salaries based on being the lowest bidder for contracts.
